Writer Anthony Custode Jr. has a journalism degree from Buffalo State College. He worked as an intern at the Night and Day, a weekly publication found in the Greater Niagara Newspapers, as well as for those papers' features sections. An avid Buffalo sports follower, Anthony created and ran a Buffalo sports blog called All Pro Pulse for one year.

Paul McCarthy
Writer Paul McCarthy has been a Sabres fan since the first puck was dropped in 1970. He has personally witnessed some of the greatest moments in franchise history, including the Sabres 12-6 rout of the Soviet Wings in 1976, Gil Perreault's 500th goal in 1986, and Pat LaFontaine's ceremonial Last Goal after the team's last game in The Aud in 1996. He has also been a contributing writer for "Sports and Leisure Magazine."
